Information Technologies is proud to host the Cyberinfrastructure for IT Professionals session this year at the New Mexico Technology In Education Conference (NMTIE) in Albuquerque.

This session is designed for technical staff that support research and campus researchers who need good network connections on campus and between campuses.

Wednesday November 19th, 2014, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. (lunch included)

The session will include:

  1. Faculty Panel Discussion on the need for research networks.
  2. Talk from Jason Zurawski of ESnet on Science DMZ’s.
  3. Talk from NSF CC-IIE Program Manager Kevin Thompson on his vision for the program.
  4. Roundtable on New Mexico research network strategies.
